TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.PAYMENT

Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of 50% of total job price will be required by purchaser on ordering, with the balance due 7 days before installation commences.

2. DELIVERY DATES

Delivery dates are estimated and given in good faith, and Ally Interiors will not be held liable for any costs incurred through late delivery.

3.OWNERSHIP

Ally Interiors shall remain the owner of all goods, until the full amount of invoice value has been paid.  No items will be delivered until final account has been settled. No return of goods will be accepted which have been supplied in accordance with the Purchaser ‘s order.

4. LIABILITY

It will be down to the Purchaser to ensure all goods are insured once received. Ally Interiors are responsible only for the goods up to time of installation.

Under no circumstances will Ally Interiors be liable for any loss or injury attributable to defects in the goods or otherwise in relation to the performance of any contract entered into between Ally Interiors and the Purchaser. Furthermore, the Purchaser shall indemnify Ally Interiors against any claim for such damage, loss or injury made against Ally Interiors by a third party.

5. DAMAGE/ MISSING ITEMS

Any damage or shortage of items must be made in writing within 7 days. All items will be checked off on delivery and Ally Interiors will advise client if any items outstanding. We cannot accept liability for items that go missing after installation.

6.GUARANTEES

All warranties and guarantees will be passed to the owner of the goods to be held in case of faulty workmanship or other claims requiring exchange or repair.

7. CANCELLATION

Ally Interiors reserves the right to charge the client for any costs incurred through change of installation date or cancellation, which is not due to Ally Interiors.

8.FORCE MAJEURE etc

Ally Interiors will not be liable to the Purchaser for any breach of Contract arising from or which may have been caused by Act of God, force majeure, war, riot, civil commotion, Government order, direction or legislation by fire, accident, strike, or other industrial action, adverse weather conditions, delays in transport or by any other matter over which Ally Interiors has no control.

9.DESIGN

Design, material and finish are liable to change without notice in the light of continuing development. We reserve the right to substitute items with similar quality.
